ISEPS is excited to announce its inaugural Virtual Career Fair! This event is targeted at senior residents, fellows and early career physicians looking to secure a position in an Illinois-based practice, and practices interested in recruiting physicians to join them.

Job Seekers . . . Your first job can set the tone and course for your entire medical career. Because finding that job can take many months of searching and preparation, followed by a long negotiation period, it's never too early to start exploring your options. Whether you are interested in working in private practice or academia... small or large office...big city or small town...single or multi-specialty group, you just might find your dream job at the ISEPS “Pitch Your Practice” Career Fair.
The Career Fair will take place via Zoom on Tuesday, November 19th beginning at 7 PM. The program will open with a brief introduction for job seekers about factors early-career physicians consider when choosing a practices. This session will be followed by time for prospective employers to "pitch" their practice and the opportunities they have available, one-by one in 15-minute segments -- a 10 minute presentation and a brief 5-minute time for follow-up questions. .
Information & Fees for Practice Participation
$1,000 registration fee for ISEPS-member practices
$2,500 registration fee for all others
10 minutes to present practice and open position(s) & 5 minutes for follow up questions
Free classified post on the ISEPS website and in two blast emails to residents and young ophthalmologists following the session
Name and contact information and CV of all job seekers registered for the event
Zoom link will be sent after registration is complete and payment is received

There is no charge for job seekers to participate, but registration is required
Open to residents, fellows and young ophthalmologists (1st five years of practice)
Contact information and your CV will be shared with potential employers
All job seekers will receive a list of participating practices
Zoom link will be provided to all registered job seekers shortly before the event
